Welcome to Woof World (the “Site”), operated by Woof World, LLC (“Woof World,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including all related features, services, and programs. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. To access contests, memberships, or partner programs, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

2. GENERAL SITE USE & CONDUCT

You agree to use the Site in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Uploading false, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliation
Tampering with the functionality of the Site
Violating any local, state, or federal laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. MEMBERSHIP & PAID FEATURES

Woof World may offer paid memberships (e.g., Paw Pass) with added benefits. By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay all applicable fees and abide by additional terms presented at checkout. Additional membership program terms, such as eligibility, rewards, and point redemptions, may be provided separately or on the Woof World website.

4. CONTESTS & VOTING

Participation in contests is governed by the official rules published for each contest. Woof World reserves the right to disqualify entries or revoke votes for behavior deemed unfair, fraudulent, or in violation of the rules.

5. MERCHANT PROGRAM TERMS

Merchants may sell products or services on the Site by enrolling in our Merchant Program. By participating, you agree to:

Provide accurate product listings and fulfill orders promptly
Abide by all applicable laws and tax obligations
Grant Woof World the right to promote your listings

Woof World may take a commission on sales, as outlined during your onboarding. Separate agreements may apply.

6. SPONSOR TERMS

Sponsorship tiers and benefits are defined in our sponsor kit and/or separate agreement. As a sponsor, you agree to:

Provide all agreed-upon assets (e.g., logos, ads) by deadlines
Abide by promotional guidelines and branding standards

Woof World reserves the right to modify sponsor visibility if commitments are not met.

7. RESCUE & CHARITY PARTNERS

Approved rescue organizations or nonprofits may be featured and benefit from donations, visibility, or co-branded efforts. You agree to:

Maintain accurate organizational information
Use any funds or promotional benefits in alignment with your mission

We may request verification of nonprofit status or reporting on impact.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site (e.g., text, graphics, logos, videos, contest assets) is the property of Woof World or its licensors. You may not use any content without written permission, except as expressly permitted.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for those services. Use them at your own risk and review their terms independently.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Woof World shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months, if any.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Woof World and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or email. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
